Nicholas is a Partner in the Criminal Defence Department with over 30 years experience. Nicholas specialises in motoring offences and has built up an enviable reputation in that field. He has successfully represented numerous defendants in some high profile cases and has wide- ranging experience of serious cases including fraud, murder, manslaughter, conspiracy and drug importation. Nicholas has been a Higher Court Advocate in the Criminal Courts since 1994 and has appeared in various Crown Courts and the Court of Appeal.
He is an experienced Magistrates Court advocate as well as Crown Court Advocate, Nicholas is also on the Duty Solicitor Scheme for Bristol and also the Partner who oversees the firms Court Martial work.
