Gillian Hall is the Partner heading the Matrimonial & Family Department. She has over 20 years wide-ranging experience of the most difficult and complex cases in this sphere of work. Her experience involves dealing with cases of clients with numerous assets; involved points of law and foreign jurisdiction matters. She has acted for parents, grandparents and, on numerous occasions, for children through the Children’s Guardian. Gillian is widely experienced in adoption matters and is a member of the British Association for Adoption and Fostering. In addition, she is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
She has represented parents in a number of Hague Convention cases (cases involving removal of children out of the Jurisdiction without permission). Gillian is an experienced Divorce Practitioner
and has dealt with many high value Divorce claims, she is recognised as being a very sound and well organised Lawyer who gives sensible and pragmatic advice to her clients.
