Enviroment Agency v JB & Others
Kelcey & Hall represented JB following the largest Environmental Waste prosecution carried out by the Environment Agency. JB was acquitted of all but two of the charges he faced and received a suspended sentence but avoided any POCA arising out of the Permit Breach for which he was convicted. He was represented at Trial by Dean Armstrong QC of 2 Bedford Row, leading Ian Kelcey. The case was prepared by Nick Kelcey, John Quinn and Ian Kelcey.
