Amanda has practiced at Kelcey & Hall since 2000 and has a wealth of experience in preparing cases and representing clients before both the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. She has successfully defended clients in a wide range of matters ranging from serious sexual offences to significant fraud and is noted for her thorough case preparation and strong advocacy.
Of upmost importance to Amanda is to ensure that every client’s case is afforded the same detailed defence preparation and clients comment on her high level of client care.
Amanda has a particular interest in defending youth clients and has extensive experience in representing clients before the youth court.
The Bristol Law Society awarded her the ‘Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year Award’ in 2014 in recognition of the work she does working with children in schools around the city on the dangers of gang related crime and knife crime.
