JAMES WILLIAMS

Solicitor, Duty Qualified, Police Station Accredited

James Williams qualified as a solicitor in 2011, having been with the firm since completing his professional qualifications at the University of the West of England in 2009.

James has rapidly established himself as a dedicated, reliable and steadfast defence practitioner, offering exceptional client care. He has quickly gained a reputation for his honest and pragmatic advice.

He regularly represents those charged with summary matters at the Magistrate’s’ court, but has also vast experience defending the most severe and notorious matters. In this capacity James has acted as the lead solicitor in matters of murder, serious assaults, drug conspiracies and serious sexual offences.

He also frequently represents those being investigated by regulatory bodies, and has been integral in numerous individuals successfully remaining within their professions.

James also takes a proactive role in commentating on and exploring issues that effect the legal profession on a national and international basis, being a member of the European Criminal Bar Association and a committee member of the Criminal Law Solicitors’ Association.
