Senior Partner, Solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate, Fraud, Regulatory & Complex Crime Specialist
Solicitor Child & Family Department, Law Society Children Panel Member
Siobhan qualified as a solicitor in 1996. Since that time she has specialised in family, and particularly, children law and became a member of the Law Society Children Panel in 2000. She undertakes predominantly child care work and regularly represents parents, children and other family members in care proceedings, appearing in court on a regular basis.
Additionally, Siobhan represents parents and other family members in private law disputes. Usually these involve issues about where children will live when their parents separate and how much time they will spend with a parent.
In recent years, Siobhan has developed a specialism in cases made complex by the issue of jurisdiction (where consideration is given to transferring a case to courts in other countries). Siobhan is also a member of Resolution.
