The Serious Fraud Department
Kelcey and Hall were one of the first firms to be admitted to the Legal Services Commission Serious Fraud Panel. It is only firms on this panel that can represent legally aided defendants in serious fraud work. To gain admission to the panel, it is necessary to demonstrate high standards of work and have considerable previous experience, coupled with the necessary abilities to handle the demands of acting for anyone charged with serious fraud. Kelcey and Hall have been able to meet these criteria and they remain one of the few firms in the South West of England to have been admitted to the Serious Fraud Panel and have defended in one of the longest running fraud cases in the country Kelcey and Hall are dedicated to the vigorous defence of clients facing prosecutions for these matters nationwide.
