Client acquitted of 6 counts of assault by penetration following trial

R v G (October 2025)

G was alleged to have assaulted his partner by penetration multiple times during their relationship. D maintained that he was not guilty of all counts. At trial G called a number of witnesses to testify about his good character. G was acquitted of all charges at trial.
