No evidence offered against client at Bristol Crown Court

R v L (October 2025)

L was alleged to have approached 2 children and incited them to engage in sexual activity. L denied any wrongdoing and maintained this position throughout proceedings. At Bristol Crown Court the prosecution offered no evidence against L and the case was dismissed.
