No evidence offered against client in Bristol Crown Court

R v C (June 2025)

C was alleged to have engaged in controlling and coercive behaviour towards her girlfriend. C denied the allegations and stated that the relationship was in fact the opposite. At court, the Crown offered no evidence against C and the charges were dropped.
