Case discontinued following CPS review over disclosure

R v CR

The defendant was due to be tried at Taunton Crown Court over allegations of rape and sex with a girl under the age of 16. However the case was dropped after his defence team pushed for a review in regard to disclosure issues.

The case was prepared by Senior Partner Ian Kelcey and counsel instructed was Sarah Regan of Albion Chambers.
