Ian Kelcey has unique experience representing members of the legal profession in regulatory matters. He has insight into workings of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and experience of some of the common issues that come before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal in relation to accounts irregularities, issues on conflict of interest, and issues that arise out of Court proceedings. This experience has been gained by his membership of the Regulatory Affairs Board of The Law Society and Criminal Legal Aid Committee of the Law Society, and his past Chairmanship of that committee, in which capacity he frequently advised fellow professionals on issues of conduct and conflict of interest. His forensic experience in the field of fraud work places him in an almost unrivalled position to help members of the profession
