Defendant acquitted of Digital Penetration at Bristol Crown Court

In an investigation which commenced in the summer of 2015, the defendant was arrested for digital penetration of his ex-partner without consent. He strenuously denied allegation. He was charged to court. He pleaded not guilty and, after a trial lasting 4 days at the Bristol Crown Court in May 2017, the jury returned a unanimous verdict of not guilty.
